Franchising: the obligation of setting-up a « dialog » committee with the employees of franchisees and franchisors is cancelled

French National Assembly adopted the cancellation of the part of the El-Khomri Act which created in 2016 an obligation for the Franchisor to create and organize a dialog committee with the franchisees’ employees when more than 300 employees were working for the franchisees.
