Focus on dematerialization of public procurement from 1st October 2018

From 1st October 2018, the award of public procurement equal to or more than 25.000 euros will be 100% dematerialized, meaning that no paper format will be available.

The candidates will receive the public tender documents from a platform of dematerialization set up by the public purchaser.

This platform should allow the documents to be made public for the candidates. Indeed, the platform will publish the notice of a competitive public tender, communicate all the public tender documents, receipt of the application and offers of the candidates. Lire la suite
